Return Policy for purchases made online at sportspecs.ca

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days after receiving your item to request an exchange, store credit or refund.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return or exchange for orders made online at sportspecs.ca, please contact us at info@sportspecs.ca. One of our customer service associates will be happy to assist you with the return process.

We highly recommend that you purchase delivery confirmation when returning your item(s). Be sure to include your receipt with the return. We will NOT be able to issue a refund if your package doesn’t arrive to us, so please be responsible when shipping items back and pay the necessary postage fees.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If your return is approved, your refund will be issued in the original form of payment used for the order. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process your refund transaction.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and work toward making it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain items such as prescription eyewear and contact lenses cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
